Should you have any question related to our products, please don’t hesitate to send the SAB a question. Here are few examples of Q&A:

Richard L.: Is CBD on the WADA list?
Although cannabodiol (CBD) is permitted according to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), all other cannabinoids are still prohibited in-competition. It’s important to realize that CBD products may still contain prohibited cannabinoid components, such as THC. (23. WADA, Oct. 2018)

Richard L.: Can Olympic athletes use CBD?
CBD may be a derivative of the cannabis plant, but are Olympic athletes allowed to use it without facing consequences? Thanks to a recent decision from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the answer is clearly YES! (9. WADA, Feb. 2020)

Miranda P.: “The skin on my hands is peeling despite hand cream treatments. I read that hemp extract can help with peeling. What product do you recommend”?
Industrial cannabis contains the CBD natural cannabinoid, which has been shown to be effective in some skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. I recommend oil drops with CBD extract (5%, 13%). It is best to wash your hands with mild soap and water, wipe dry, then apply a thin layer of CBD oil solution to the peeling parts. Repeat two to three times a day.

Victor S.: “My rheumatologist diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis. Since I work as a storekeeper, I am constantly subjected to physical work and temperature changes which further worsens my medical condition. Would CBD ease my problems?”
CBD is a natural cannabinoid that also has an anti-inflammatory effect, so it is recommended for all chronic inflammatory conditions. It would very likely help you too. You can consume it in the form of oil drops. It should be noted, however, that CBD is manufactured as a drug by only one pharmaceutical company and even theirs is used only for treating epilepsy in children. You can take CBD oil solution as a product that falls into the category of novel foods, but the regulatory area is not yet regulated. In any case, scientific studies support the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD.

Aleksandra V.: I would like to try CBD drops to relieve ulcerative colitis problems. I am currently on biological drugs and I am wondering if CBD interacts with these drugs. Can I use both products? What dosage do you recommend me in my case?
B.Š. (ABBA Nutrition): CBD does not interact with biological drugs for ulcerative colitis, so you can easily take CBD. We recommend you to use 5% CBD drops from ABBA Nutrition. You can take 4-5 drops a day, either in the morning or in the evening, directly under the tongue. We recommend you to take these drops at least for 3 month.
